98 V70 Remote Entry V70-XC70 1998

I recently purchased a used 98 V70, and it doesn't have the remote entry keyfobs with it. If I were to purchase a couple of keyfobs for it, what would I need to look for? Also, will I be able to program them myself (being highly untechnical), or is that something that should definitely be done by a Volvo dealer? If it is easy enough to do oneself, could someone explain to me how it is done, or point me toward some directions online or elsewhere? A HUGE thank you to anyone who can help!
