Recall for '03 and '04 Volvo s40s S40-V40

I received a letter in the mail from Volvo about a recall about installing a clamp to the fuel rail to secure the service nipple, or the fuel rail may be replaced.

Has anyone received this letter? I konw it's a valid recall, but has anyone had this fixed, or have had any problems because of this? I haven't had much time to make an appointment to get it resolved, so wondering how safe it is to drive until I get the fix done.
