v70 xc ignition hesitation V70-XC70 1998

I have a '98 XC with 92k. Lately, at a cold start up, the ignition has been taking longer to turn over. Almost like it was sitting outside in freezing temps. This occurs in my garage, temps about 55 degrees this winter; in there. I pulled the spark plugs and all 5 are looking normal regarding their color. Fluids are fine, the manual says not to pump the gas pedal prior to turning it over. It still hesitated when it pumped it once to see if that would improve things. Any thoughts gents?
