98 S70 T5 - Door Paels - Replacements? S70 1998

My door panels have gone way beyond bubbling at this point. All 4 have the same bubbling problem but I have seen glue fixes ... lets just say for at least the driver front we're way beyond that. The leather bubbled and then one day it tore right in half.

Any idea on my next move? Is there an insert I can purchase, or am I looking at a new/salvage door panel?
