CLunk through the brake peda! 850

Hi

My car has just started to make a strange noise when I turn right on full lock. It is a groaning noise BUT more unnerving is the kick back I feel from the brake pedal. This makes a clunk noise.

I had the wheel off to check for a loose caliper but all is fine.

I am a little worried
