Suspension again... 850 1994

Hi,

I got a 850 94' with 270 000km (apprx 165000 miles) with original suspension. The drive feel very hard and sqeeky when hitting bump/hole/crack on the road. My first feeling is to replace as many bushing as possible. Talking here about front coil spring bushing, control arm bushing, link rod, sway bar bushing, subframe mount bushing. I'm I right? Secondo, while looking for front component bushing part price, I found out at my local auto import recycler (scrap yard) a complete suspension (talking here shock/strut, coil spring all assembled with top plate and spring seat) That was on a S70 1998 with only 60 000 miles of use. I check with part number ans realize that S70 front suspension component will fit on a 850 (same part number at the dealer). The recycler want 100$ canadian for each side (total 200$ canadian). I think it not very expensive to switch a front suspension from a 850 94' 165000 miles with one from a S70 98' 60000 miles... Considering the cost of new part (shock/strut/coilspring/top plate/coil spring bushing). What do you think out there? Do you think it worth it? It's not a big deal for a DIY job... Seem to be very esy... Not even need to compress the coil... already assembled ready to install...

Thanks for your opinion on this...

Brute
