93 850 Man Tranny 850

I own a black 93 850GLT manual transmission. It has been giving me problems lately and they all seemed to happen at once. I'm on the vurge of selling it or parting it out, but the mere fact that it's a manual is swaying my decision. Were there very many manuals made? Were there any 94 850 turbos w/man tran? Should I just stick it out and spend the money on this thing?
