I have a 1998 Volvo V70 GLT Turbo Wagon. I've noticed that when occasionaly coming to a stop (traffic light, stop sign, etc.), I experience a quick dip in the idle from 900 to about 600rpm like it's want to choke out, a little "stubbling/stalling" if you will, then it goes right back to a normal idle. It doesn't occur at every stop, but maybe twice in an average run around town. After cleaning the throttle body and the idle air control, the problem went away for about a month...now it's back. What should I do? Is the idle air motor bad?
