How to install cruise control in a '99 S70 (European) S70

I just bought a mint first-owner '99 S70 2.0 (Dutch specifications). Not quite as powerful as I would have liked, but everything else is absolutely perfect and it was a bargain.

It has no cruise control though. What do I need to install it? Is it pre-wired?
Will easier-to-find 850 parts fit?
