`94 854T Shocks/Tires 850 1994

I just bought a 1994 854 Turbo with 104K -- paid $5000 so I'm confindent of a good deal. The ride is somewhat rough however. Can anyone recommend a good all season radial tire and shock absorber?

I'm guessing the shocks are original hence the rough ride; the tires are snows, which will be great in the bad weather, but will be looking to put all seasons on them as spring continues on.
