Driving in Rain S80

I was driving home in a rain storm the other day, and my 2000 S80 T6, the car drives funny when the roads are wet, even a little, and even with the "W" button pushed. Can this be a stearing problem? Literally, and minor bump in the road seems to put the car out of control.
