Installing Pollen Filter even if not originally equiped? 850 1994

My 1994 850 doesn't come equiped with a pollen filter, is there a retro-fit kit I can install so I can have a pollen filter? When I opened up the cover it looks like I can just stick a Volvo pollen filter in, but there is really nothing to hold it in like the tab on other 850s that have the filter. What do you think?
