Need some advise! My driver's side shoulder harmess seat belt will not release when pulled. I've played with it with the interior cover off until my patience is out. I've gotten the belt all the way out with allot of small pulls but when I've reached the end and let it spool back it still doesn't want to spin out freely. (W-D didn't even work!!)

Is there a trick to this madness or do I just shallow my pride and take it in for a replacement (what I don't know) to the Volvo tech. for another pricey bill.

I'm anxious to get this fixed now since my son just recently overturned his Ford Explorer. He was wearing his seatbelt and he walked away unharmed!
