Tracs or ABS activating at low speed on dry pavement....helpppp 850

Hi everyone, I have a 1995 Volvo 850 GLT with 202,000 kms on it. It works great except that the tracs or ABS is activating all the time in dry weather on dry pavement at speeds under 40 kph. It is very annoying, and drives me crazy when I press the brakes and the pedal bounces back at you and a loud buzzing comes from under the hood. Sometimes it starts buzzing when I am going slow down the street for no reason...Have any of you heard of this problem , and if so, what did you find. I would like to hear of similar eaperiences before I start pulling off the wheels and checking everything. By the way, the ABS light doesn't come on when this happens, so the car electronic box must think this is normal, also, it does this even with the tracs switch in the off position, so I really don't know if it is the tracs , or the ABS. Whats up???
