flucuating RPM 850 1996

Just join and need some advice. I recently changed the throttle sensor on my wagon (96 850 20V non turbo) because the rpm was fluctating sometimes. Now its better but when coming to a stop the rpm goes up a few hundreds and comes back down to idle. Is this normal? Had a 95 850 and never came across the problem.Could there be a vacuum leak, or an adjustment?
