1995 Turbo: Bad Ignition switch? 850

At 103,000 miles, the ABS light is on, the turn signals are dead, and the shift interlock wont work. This is all intermittent, and it happened 3 times over the last month. Tracing the Haynes electrical section, it appears that the power for that comes from the ignition switch; could the contacts have gone bad? Loose?. Has anyone had this problem? Hope someone can help before I attempt to rip out the ignition switch.
