Hesitation on take off in warm weather with full fuel tank 850 1993

I'm starting to have the same problem I had last summer with my 93 850. With a full tank of gas from a dead stop my car hesitates like it is starving for fuel until I get moving a little bit then it goes away. This problem only happens when the fuel take is around 3/4 to full. When it is less than that I do not have the problem at all. It also only happens in warm weather. I had the problem all last summer but durring the winter it did not happen to me once. It doesn't seem to matter if I push the gas pedal slowly or quickly happens either way. I have replaced the fuel filter, both fuel pump relays (the one in the fuse box and the one at the fan shroud). I had my 120k mile tune up around 35k miles ago but the problem started around about 18k after the tune up. I'm wondering if I need to replace my fuel pump. I was just wondering if there was anything else that can be causing this before I spend a couple hundred bucks to replace it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
