Any one have an open CarFax account? S70

If any BB'ers have an open CarFax account that they don't mind running a vin number for me. Am looking at a 1999 S70 that has been well maintained (all service records are provided). My only concern is that there is rust on the front seat anchor bolts and the air conditioner has a musty smell to it.
Should I be concerned?
