the age old synthetic oil question S70

hello all. I live in Washington DC half the year and Tampa, FL the other half, and I was wondering what viscosity synthetic you all would recommend. I have 65,500 miles on the car and have exhaust, intake, and may put a chip in it. do you rec the 5W-30 or the 0W-40. I like 0W-40 bc of its fast warm up and high range of protection. is this oil suitable for our T-5 motor?

* i have put 10W-30 in this car since I bought it but want to change viscosity due to the gummy cold-starts i've been getting from the 10W-30.
