Brake shudder.... 850

Hello, I have a 94 850 sedan w/ 84,000k. Heres my problem. Late last year I replaced both rear brake rotors because of shudder before a complete stop.The shudder went away after installation of the new rotors. now 3000+ miles later, the same problemcame back. When I come to a stop light at about 5mph just before a complete stop I can feel the whole car shake.I would appreciate any opion/suggestion as to the solution to my problem.
