OBD II - PO 131 & PO 172 S70

Can anyone tell me what sensor PO131 bank 1 sensor 1 is referring to? Also any info regarding this second code that came up- PO 172 - system too rich bank 1, is this also referring to the O2 sensor? I have a s70 with a rich exhaust as well as a catalytic converter that is sounds like its internals have been fried.
