catalytic converter options S70

My s70 is in need of a new cat. An OEM costs approx $900.00 compared to an aftermarket suppler at 200.00. Has anyone had any experience with an aftermarket cat? It's such a price variation that it makes me wonder why the OEM is so expensive. catalyticconverter.net and import catalytic converter warehouse are the two suppliers that that offer direct fit cats. Any disadvantages to these aftermarket cats?
