Engine Mount Rattle ????? Bolt won't tighten

Hi All,

Just installed the improved engine mount bushing on my 2000 C70. Noticed a rattle at the point where the mount arm connects to the firewall. There is some "give" in the bolt and can't seem to tighten any further ??? Any ideas
