Fault Codes 850

i am having some strange fuel/ignition issues with my 1995 volvo 850 glt (133k miles)

went to Auto Zone and had the OBD II scanned -

this is what codes resulted:

117
PO 1310
PO 302

Anyone have any ideas or insight as to the meaning of these fault codes?
