I've ordered 2 rear rotors for my 850 turbo, the website state it was in stock, two weeks later I emailed them and got back lame excuse regarding manufactor backlog...yada-yada, one week later no news , 1 months later I've cancelled the order it they said it will take up to a months to get my money back.

Conclusion: they've had my money for 2 months I did get the parts - I post this message
