What are the connectors under the rear seats for? 850

Hi,

Volvo 850 RHD Manual Estate 2.5 GLE 20V 1995... Can anyone tell me what each of the two electrical connectors on the red clip which releases the rear seat bottoms do? There's one on each side.
Mine are unconnected. They just clip to the red clips and do nothing. I was just wondering if I could use them to power something.
Also theres a similar unconnected connector lying under the rear seats by the seat belt sockets near the middle.
My rear seats are leather and not heated and not powered or adjustable.
