Peel and Stick wood grain on the dash. Has anyone used one of these kits? S70 1999

I'm the proud owner of a new (to me) 99 V70 and have been looking for upgrades. I've seen these interior woodgrain kits on ebay and wondered if they are worth a damn. Are they easy to apply? Do they look "factory" or just ricey? TIA.
