Hi - I have recently taken delivery of a 2003 built S80 with 4000km's on the clock. It is an altogether excellent vehicle and I am very pleased with it. It has one annoyance though in that the rear suspension produces a 'creaking' noise, generally at slower speeds. It is not very loud though quite noticeable from inside the car. Interestingly enough I recently washed the car and the noise vanished the next time I drove it only to return later making me think that perhaps some part has dried out causing the noise??

Has anyone had a similar problem or can offer suggestions?
