noise not going away after many fixes... S70

I have a 1998 S70 (base). There has been a constant creaking noise eminating from the passenger side wheel area. It only makes noise while going over uneven road surfaces. So far the right strut has been replaced, control arm, spring seats checked, and various other suspension components. The noise is now back. I have no idea where this is coming from. Could it possibly be coming from the actual body of the car?

I'm taking this car about 300 miles away to school this fall and I'd like to get it fixed. Anyone from the RI MA area who can fix volvos feel free to contact me and we can talk :]

PS.. I'm sick of lying car dealer mechanics.
