Cracked Rim - 1995 850 850 1995

Does anybody know if a cracked rim can be repaired?
If so, any leads on who can do it?
(I'm in New York City)

Or does anybody have a rim that they do not need any longer and is willing to part with it (for a fee)?

(will attach a picture soon)
It's a 5 lug, "Cetus" rim.
