83 jet tronic idle problem 1983

1983 volvo won't idle. The fuel pumps and relays were replaced for other reasons.
The car will run if you keep giving it gas but dies after I let up on the gas.
I noticed that after it warms up it will idle. If I turn the car off warm or cold
it won't idle. Thanks Steve
