S80 sunroof, interior lights and auto locks are dead S80 1999

Hello all,

My friends has an S80 who's battery died on him after leaving th radio on. After charging it up the sunroof, automatic doorlocks and interior lights no longer work. He claims to have checked all the fuses in the trunk and driver door but I wonder if he missed them. Are these functions all on the same fuse? could there be some sort of reset he didn't do?
