Intermittant Hard Start 850

My wife's 94 850 wagon has been taking 3 to 4 seconds to start lately instead of the usual immediate start, and it has also been idling low, to a point where the car vibrates at abound 500 rpm. She claimed that today after filling up the tank, the car started immediatly but I believe this has only happened once. I do not have a check engine light so I don't know where to start. Any ideas? Thanks,
