That Seatback Thing 850 1994

I am not gonna tackle this one myself....I need that seatback cable replaced on the driver's side power seat. How much should this cost at a dealer/upholstery/mechanic shop? And anyone know a recommendation in the SF Bay Area who might do this? My usual Volvo guy seems unable/unwilling for some reason.
