V70N 2.4T Low turbo boost? car feels slow. V70-XC70 2000

I'm getting a failure code about low boost, and the car feels slow, I measured the 0-100km/h time, and it was over 10 seconds. I think it should be faster even with automatic transmission.

Does anyone know how much turbo boost should I get from a 2000 V70N 2.4T? I'm going to attach a boost gauge and it would be nice to know what kind of boost to expect.

And where can I find the turbo control valve in my car? And how can I test if it works? Is it possible to open/clean/repair this part? Is it expensive?

Any other suggestions are welcome.
