Gas filler door hing broken 2001V70 XC V70-XC70

Help.

The gas door hinge just broke. I opened the gas filler door and it just came off in my hand. Looks like the plastic part on the body broke. The spring is still attached to the door.

Were can I get an new plactic part and how does one get the old part off the car?

Will I have any trouble putting the spring back in the new plactic part?
