S80 idle goes up and down when a/c is turned on S80

My 2001 S80 has a funny problem, when you turn teh a/c on the idles goes up and down up and down. You do not notice it when you are driving but when you come to a stop it revs up and down up and down. No DTC or MIL. What do you think? A/c works great otherwise.
