Idle RPM Normal????...Possible Issue..Need advice S70 2000

Hello everyone...I was in traffic the other day and noticed that whenever I stop or even at a slowdown the RPM's drop real low and the perk up to the normal idle speed...like a small flutter..you can feel it and see it on the RPM odometer..Is that normal?...or am I just being paranoid..What can i tell the dealer idf there is an issue?..Thanks, Lance
