Door Pannel Repair - pleather issues... S70

I have a 1998 S70 and par for the course, the pleather on the door pannels is separating from the door pannel. I took it to an auto upholstery shop and they quotes me $550 to reupholster all four doors with leather, so I think I'm going to go this route I'll post pics for those of you with this problem to see. I sure wish Volvo had a better solution to this issue...
