How to check voltage on starter motor? 850

Hi folks

I am trying to resolve an annoying no-start problem.

I turn the key and all dash lights are on, fuel pump buzzes, but no crank from the motor. Only happens on very hot days!!

How do I test the start motor?

The battery is new!!!
