Does anyone know what volov part # 9146656 is. Program keyless 850 1994

I replaced an 850 engine this morning and found a broken plastic vacuum valve with 9146656 on it. PIERBURG. What is it? Also, I need programming info for keyless remote. Thanks in advance.

Im parting out several 1993-1999 Volvo 850 and V70 cars. i have engines, Trans, Leather , Relays doors,wheels, speedo's,lights, dyno's, starters, mirrors and more. defender90minicooper@yahoo.com
