Losing antifreeze S80

Two questions:

My wife got a warning on her 2001 S80 with 56000 miles this morning. Low antifreeze, turn off engine. The overflow tank IS empty.

1. Since it is Sunday, I cannot get Volvo antifreeze. Can I use Havoline Dex-cool or another orange antifreeze?

2. Where is it going? There is nothing on the garage floor. Where should I look?
