What is needed for a tune-up on a '97 non turbo 850? and catalitic convertor noise is present 850 1997

What is the usual tune up parts needed? I have never done a tuneup on my 850. I have done several on a VW bus, but never the 850, and I am not totally sure of what all I need to change.

The list that I have come up with is:
plugs
plug wires
rotor cap, and rotor button
flame trap

Also, the catalatic convertor seems to be "loose" and it rattles (the noise is not inside the cat, but the cat itself seems to be rattling against the bottom of the car. Any ideas on how to stop the noise, or other suggestions?
