Lost Some Turbo Boost Hmmmm 850

Hi everyone,

I was driving the car today and noticed a loss in the turbo boost. You can still hear it whine a little but its not spooling up to full rpm. The gauge reads about 60% on the boost. I changed some vacuum lines yesterday, don't know if that could have anything to do with the problem?? Any help would be greatly appreciated as im still trying to figure this beast out! Thanks a million.
