Brake clunck S80 2000

I have a 2000 s 80. I just put new front discs and pads on. The front right makes a slight clunck sound when the brake pedel is first pressed. I took it apart again and put some high temp gresse on the back of the pads to see if that would help, but nothing. I did notice that there is some movement on the pins that hold the callapers on but it seems normal. Is it the type of pads I bought not the highest ones available or is it something else. thanks John
