I have a 2002 V70 Cross Country with AWD that just turned 10,000 miles. I wanted to let the motor "break in" before switching to synthetic. Can anyone tell me if it is a good idea to make the switch or are there cons to consider? I plan to use Mobil 1 full synthetic. Any help or advise will be greatly appreciated.

Note: I have used this product in other vehicles and thought it really did add longevity to the engines. 150,000 miles and still going!
