I bought my volvo 850 two years ago and the cruise control didn't work then but it works when it is very very cold (hoses closing a leak due to shrinkage, I think). I have looked under the battery and seen the hard vaccum hose that many have said is the likely problem from reading other posts. So here is the question, were does that hose go and how hard is it to replace. Also I am open to any other ideas on a problem since I have not tested out the hose
