Turbo oil leak V70-XC70 1998

My car has developed an oil leak on the turbo. There is a small metal cover attached to the engine side of the turbo. It is secured with three bolts and has an air line coming out of the top. The oil is leaking from one of the bolt holes. My repair manuel dosn't cover the turbo so I am not confident about oopening it up. Are they repairable or do I have to replace the entire turbo unit. If so, is there any source other than Volvo?
