Whats the best year 850? 850

I am a five year '87 740 Auto TI wagon owner looking to get something a little newer. What is the better year(s) of 850's? Or what should I stay away from and or watch for? (Like the 740's wiring issues in the 86-87 models.) I want a wagon and love the Intercooled Turbo in my 740 so would be looking for similar. Any info on trailer towing with the 850? I tow a 1000lb gross, box utility trailer about 1000 miles a year. Also thinking about an early V70 too.

Are there any sites that break down what each year had as far as engine, trans, options etc?
