hole green color clamp what are they ? 850

car is 1994 850 turbo

right below the top engien moutend..

there is a 90 degree bent hole with a green color clamp that go that about a foot long ...

what is this hole for ?? vacuum ??? this hole where the 90 degree bend is now crack and broking off..

this could have cause the stall in the car.... is any one know what this hole is ???

I will buy a new one all shop is close today... just some input...
